I was going a"little" 😆 over the speed limit in NC and the cop said "where you going in such a hurry on this fine Sunday morning & I Thought surely you saw me".l said I did but it was too darn late! He laughed but it didn't stop him from giving me a ticket. Guess I wasn't old enough back then!
