I add ground beef or bison,cottage cheese, shredded cheese with all the veggies & use dry precooked noodles. Sometimes I make lasagna in the oven or I break the noodles small & make stove top lasagna soup. It may not sound good but it's tasty & a lot faster.

You really don’t have to boil the noodles first. I don’t and the sauce will cook it well, prevent the slide. I have been making it like that for over twenty years (once I figured it out).
