I believe that it is more about the tiger having an appetite than what is hanging there to represent a meal. It -tiger- has to be fairly satisfied from hunger, being that if it had such an appetite its owner wouldn’t be able to attempt to ‘show-off’ his control with the tiger. People enjoy the attention of domesticating a live, wild animal, but will put effort towards not becoming a part of the act! Thus, this little ‘shock value’ vid sorta back-fired. …😲🤔👍🏼🙏🏼😆..(belch!)

Of course it isn't interested. Predators usually eat the guts and other viscera first because there more nutrition there. Plus, no cat that's eaten their prey wants to be fed; they want to hunt.
