I think she looked better before the weight loss. my personal opinion tho. She was never obese or anything. She had a curvy, womanly figured. But if thstw hat she is comfortable with then more power tonher.
Listen I had the gastric sleeve. 6 years ago I was 230 pounds. I thought I was Fathe surgery went wrong. I ended up with a blockage, nothing but health problems. I've got put on a feeding tube for a year. I went down in 8 months from 230 to 86 pounds. I still get blood infusions monthly. I suffered severe malnutrition. Lost my teeth lost my hair. When I tell you I hate myself, I hate myself. It's not fun. I'm always in pain. It hurts to eat, it hurts not to eat. I'm miserable. This is what I see in her. I see me. I was so happy and full of life when I was 230. It literally feels like the weight was taken sucked away , but so was my spirit

Before people go crazy with Selenas weight Let's not forget she does have lupus and her “ weight gain” was more than likely her medication (probably a steroid ) that caused it. And when if it wasn't, either way she is extra beautiful as well as talented
I used to be a big girl. I don't think she's unhappy, I just think that she was self conscious and was giggling and doing alot of looking down and trying to be funny. I did that too and I didn't have 50 to 60 cameras pointed at me in an evening dress. So all I'm trying to say is, I don't think she was unhappy before, I just think she was a little insecure and shy because she knew what people were going to and had said about her weight so she compensated, smiling, giggling, looking down... And as for after, well... Just look at her, not that Selena hasn't always been stunning but now she doesn't have people commenting and body shaming. She is comfortable in her skin again she doesn't look down or have to be funny. She's stunning, regal and very elegant. AND the big plus, she just married the love of her life. So please, try and put yourself in someone else's shoes before you start with all the negative speculation. I truly wish you all the best, Selena. 🙏

This is from prednisone. With Lupus we have to take steroids to help stop flares. When you're on in it for a while (to prevent organ loss) it adds a lot of weight. I'm happy that she is doing better & has also taken off the weight. No matter what she always looks beautiful.

She gained the weight bc of her kidney transplant and anti-rejection meds(steroids). She must of worked really hard to loose it bc I have the same issue. This young, talented woman has been thru alot and all everyone wants to give her credit for is losing weight. The world is pathetic!

She is way too skinny. I agree she looked far more elegant and sophisticated with proper curves. Oh she was far more sexy too! I can say that because I am a woman and I have zero agenda!
Maybe the medicine she’s taking is affecting her personality because I’ve notice a difference from just 5 yrs ago.
