how can people do something like this to a helpless animal. I have adopted many dogs from the shelter and was on the board of it. We found so many homes for them too. We adopted a pom that was 13 years old and deaf...no one wanted him but we had him in a good home and he lived with us for 4 years and had a great life. I hate people that don't take care of their animals. We have 4 dogs and 2 cats now and they are our family.
