I can't tell you the number of times I've fallen just getting up or walking around. Stepping on and off a curb is scary to me. I always reach out to put my hand on something to balance me. If I don't have anything, I nearly fall every time, and sometimes I do fall. Steps without a handrail are a Hell to the nah. Dancing while standing up moving my legs is a REALLY bad idea. Steps AND dancing at the same time? That'd be like begging to be put in traction!
