not all cops are bad. you might run into one on the off chance that just wants to do stuff like this but my advice is when they go to detain you. do not resist be as compliant as possible the whole entire time. then if shit like this happens to you you can file your lawsuit and most likely win. if every video they have of you is you showing compliance but the take you to a hospital or somewhere in a room beat you and don't report or verify it than your in there man. what happened that you ended up looking like like you got hit by a car while you were in a room for 30 minutes but every video shows you complying and no problems or injuries were reported? don't fight with them. The truth is half of them don't know the law any better than you or I do and do not always follow the constitution and will violate your rights one way or another. something no one ever tells you is you can catch them just as easily as they can catch you.
