he's only part off the road and part in the driver's lane.look at the lines as it was the bus had to partially go into the other lane to avoid slamming into cars back. we can't see but the other lane the bus had to go in might of had another vehicle. simply there is no room for him to park there. it kinda looks like a bike lane he's parked in. correct me if im wrong nicely though. educate not humiliate
