You're proud enough of this work to post it online? You didn't even remove the old stuff and prep the surface. Then you applied way too much
Giant loads of caulk to fill horrid jagged gapping sill. I question how well the window frame fastened.

Didn't clean your aluminum window. Or run any primer. That bead peels in less than 6 months. Especially a dark color like that.
That's a factory made application tip for filling wide voids. I had some that were used to caulk between tilt-up wall panels after filling the gaps with foam backer rod.
That bold stuff needs to be removed first. The job won’t last near as long.
