no what he is saying is simply, that poor people or people barely making it, still needs money, other than just food.so with the lumsome some gets they usually will sale it. to someone who makes way more than them, but the person who makes so much, bills are usually high they can barely afford food. so people with money takes full advantage of buying stamps from the less fournate,or addict, restaurants owner does it, groceries stores owners does it , food trucks owners does it, government official does it for less they amount.
when I was growing up my mama worked three jobs but she still had to have food stamps in order to support all those six kids because she wasn't making that much money I agree in order to get food stamps if you're able to work you got to work and then you can receive food stamps but you have to make so much a year you just don't get food stamps and free food and not working sitting on your ass all day you can work
There are ways to stop food stamps fraud....cutting it from everybody ain't it. Complaints about food stamps fraud does not compare to these big ass companies not paying decent wages, and in fact, laying folks off....but the CEO brings in 20, 30, 40 million dollars in compensation a year and that don't include stock options. Everybody trying to figure out the food stamp issue but nobody is asking why this supposed shut down government is is still taking taxes out of peoples wages and paying politicians still . The movement of money should be stopped period if the government is shut down if the government is shutdown.
