Charged with resisting arrest and criminal mischief over a phone call with the irs told police I was suicidal which I am not and never have been took me to jail resisting and criminal mischief did I resist no I did kick the back of cop car this was supposed to be a mental illness welfare check they took me to jail and put charges on me it’s such bs
