Walmart has the best surveillance system in the world. you notice in the dressing room there not a roof on it. it's wide open there watching you steal clothes or tear tags off.you are being watched, and you don't even know it. no privacy in the dressing rooms. bathrooms are being watched. I get to the checkout, and I make sure prices are what they say. I don't care if it takes all day. I'm watching them like there watching us.
I had noticed that many of the retailers have done this. Christmas shopping was very aggravating not knowing how much many of the products were. This price increase is to cover the increase that retailers are having to pay due to tariffs
so a multibillion dollar company is ripping people off and idiots are trying to say it's because they're trying to recover tariffs no it's because that's how rich people get rich is by ripping off the poor

i got a circle water bottle the other and i climbed up to get this nice black one on the top because if i was gonna pay 30-40 i wanted to get that one and when i checked out it was $7, i was so confused and worried i did something wrong i asked the lady and she said it was right. Later i went back and found that all the sale bottles were either wayyy up top out of reach or hidden behind the new ones like they didn’t want them to be bought

Target does the same thing. I went to buy underwear, and it had the price on the tag that was not the same price that was ringing up. that's Targets bad for not ripping it off. I got the underwear for the lower price.. Don't let the store tell you it's not right. You have to pay the higher price. NO NO NO, you pay what the price is on the Tag.

it's because they need to have profit in selling products if they just bought pants and sold them for the exact amount, then how would they grow their business?
They didn’t change out the placard is all, just like a rack could say $10.98 but is $3.00 when scanned…this an example of the department manager not doing their job!! I used to work at Walmart when I was young and when I took over the ladies dept. everything was a mess I had hundreds of price changes to fix. I had to go up in the rafters to pull items that were never put on the floor, item were $2 and $3!
None of you commenting here mustve ever worked in retail. Items are constantly changing prices. There are price changes every week almost, especially in a small box store. When I was manager of a toy store, my entire Monday was spent doing price changes. Some things go up. Some go down, although its usually up. If that tag said 11.99 and it scanned 10.99 would you still be upset?

Corporations are realizing they can mark up everything and will still pay as stops when you stop going there and purchasing items. Unfortunately none of us really know how to make our own clothes anymore so we still need this store so we’ll still go wanna stop wasting money like that and start buying your clothes somewhere else start buying your groceries at farmers markets for your own oil changes to your own tire changes. Don’t go to Walmart.
If that's all you're looking at why don't you go weigh the damn meat before you purchase it to see that they're double charging the weight on the meat, you can weigh it right in the store!
Did you know that if you find more than three items of the same thing and someone put up the wrong price they have to give it to you for that cheaper price
And things are never in the right place on shelves. If you read the tags, the tags are not match up with what’s there and if it’s the wrong price, they’re supposed to give it to you for the price that’s on the shelf where the item was stored is not the customer’s fault that the workers do not put things in the correct place.
