I'm a millennial live through all of this.... We also had to deal with the switching and learning of technology. We were the gap generation that still gets blamed for almost everything even though we're in our 30s and 40s now.π€·πΎββοΈ
68 and I remember all of these, plus the TV turned off at 12pm before the national anthem.
60 and remember every one of those!!! Sure wish it was the same! People actually liked each other and it wasnβt all about HATE!
Telephone booths π

80's Baby
45 y.o. and this brought some good and bad memories...π³ But the Pepsi generation was great...
60 was born in 65. I remember. I still have a radio like this. Why did they stop teaching cursive writing. People can't even sign a document or anything. I loved cursive writing when I was a kid.
I'm 85. You younger ones think you had it bad. You don't have a clue. I lived right after the war. We were happy if we had beans, let alone hot dogs. There weren't any seat seat belts, consequently I was thrown from a car. We didn't have TV so we actually went outside to play. it is true about the walk to school. There weren't any busses. No telephones. Girls wore dresses to school, no pants, no matter how cold. if you made $200.00 a month it was considered a good job. I wish people would stop complaining about how bad it is. now the government pays for people to eat.. in those days if you didn't have money, you didn't eat, period.
When there was no bread, this is what we had to eat. Hotdog on breadβ¦. BajajajajaπΉ
Most of this was inherited from the Baby Boomers... the real toughest generation.
I'm 60 going on who knows and everything here involves the best memories I have of a good, clean, social media free, outdoor life that was wonderful. A world of clean, beautiful, outdoor Christian life that has long been forgotten. We were all taught respect, manners and kindness for our fellow man.
