Soooo .... the other night I fired up my grill and smoked a pork roast marinaded with Mountain Dew, fresh garlic, chilies,brown sugar and taco seasoning. With a sauce mix of Hickory BBQ sauce Brown sugar, jalapenos, sweet chili sauce and fresh garlic. Some was eaten as the roast it was the rest was made in delicious BBQ sandwiches topped with Pepper jack & Parmesan cheese. ...... I wonder WHAT made me think about those pork sandwiches ???? .... Hmmmm ????
