BACK STORY HERE!!! SOO thwy are at airport and she was trying to keep the crowd calm all day saying the flight was not canceled but IT WAS and she was too scared to tell everyone that it was canceled 10hrs prior to his freak out !!!! your welcome

dudes just being a dick I don't think this lady was the reason for the cancellation she seemed like she was trying to just do her job even wore a fun hat for you trash 🥺 if the flight crew said there is even a chance that plane would be ready that's what she must say it's policy this is why everyone and I mean everyone should have to work in customer service for at least a year so just maybe people can learn how to treat each other or at least learn who to direct their anger at (any employee you actually see must adhere to corporate policy) there's no point in Civilization if nobody wishes to be civilized.

I had somebody do that at Wells Fargo. I waited in line with a bunch of other people then when we got up there, they changed the rules and couldn’t cash a check or in my case deposit a check without all kinds of IDs even though I had the card in the passcode. I didn’t lose it like that guy, but I made it well known so everybody heard me that they wasted my time.
