I’d be mad af 2….. you let them sit there for 10 hours….. they could have made other provisions…..& no as an adult….. working in that position….. you are supposed to be honest and let the customer choose to charter another flight, leave for a hotel, or stay and wait….. She had no right to choose for everyone….

this is at the airport the other videos are on YouTube some people waited 12+hrs to get a seat and buy a ticket they kept telling passengers there wouldn't be a problem they just have to be patient. Well this was the end result from someone who was fed up and let his anger out on an employee that was instructed to advise passengers to remain calm and they will be seated on the next available flight. that never happened so he went nuts........

dudes just being a dick I don't think this lady was the reason for the cancellation she seemed like she was trying to just do her job even wore a fun hat for you trash 🥺 if the flight crew said there is even a chance that plane would be ready that's what she must say it's policy this is why everyone and I mean everyone should have to work in customer service for at least a year so just maybe people can learn how to treat each other or at least learn who to direct their anger at (any employee you actually see must adhere to corporate policy) there's no point in Civilization if nobody wishes to be civilized.
