I was a corrections officer some of the men didn't even have that 2 sleep on under the condition of the state and feds didn't wanter pay for the cost of housing the men I had to go as far as the highest level 2 get better being 4 these men no human should ever have 2 sleep or lay on mattress or a spring frame no matter what they are inside for they are still human beings
