had my daughter's birthday party at a local public park. we had a group approach us to have the kids stop yelling cuz they were having a wedding reception..... yeah let me tell my daughter to be quiet on her birthday while shes playing on the playground 😂😂😂😂. they didnt push it too far tho.

It looks intentional...but, I mean I'd simply walk over, invite him to the wedding, ask him to shut the mower down...If that didn't work I'd break the spark plug...doubt he'll have a spare...yeah he'll call the police but I doubt any officer would take his side...then buy him a new spark plug after the fact.
Maybe your neighbor is a big jerk... Or maybe you are and that is why he is running the lawn mower. Maybe you hurt his feelings when you did not invite him. Maybe you run your lawnmower at night when he is trying to sleep. Maybe he needs the white noise because your wedding party is loud and keeping him up. Maybe he just hates weddings because he lost his wife. Or he is mad because you were sleeping with him on the side and he felt betrayed when your decided to marry a woman and deny your true sexual urges... Who knows... True story: our neighbor did this, the FIRST day we moved in. He left it by the fence and he exploded and I have it all on video. For the next three years, he did all kinds of stuff, not just to us but the elderly neighbors next to him. He told us to move. He screamed at us. He was from California and I don’t know what his issue was. But… we sold the house because of him and, I told him he’d be sorry!!! We gave him two options: 1. Be a good neighbor. 2. Live next to a trailer park. We sold our million dollar farm to an LLC of Indian investors who turned it into his biggest nightmare right away. When we drove by the grass, I kid you not my perfectly manicured farm was 7 feet tall. This guy thought he had his retirement property. He either has moved by now or he’s losing his mind because no one lives there. And it’s in disrepair.
