this is the very reason why I do not eat out often because somehow they always get something wrong and when they take it back I don't even want it. because there are too many people that do not take pride in their job and think they're slick

Had a friend that poured two entire salt shakers into his bowl of soup when he found a hair in his soup… he complained about the hair and that the soup was cold. The cook poured the bowl back into the pot to ladle out hot soup but in doing so, ruined the entire pot of soup because of the salt — now having customers complaining the soup was extremely way too salty. My opinion is that he should have also added a whole bottle of Red Hot Chili Sauce into his bowl as well.
