when I was a kid we had a different version of this we called coneball. we had the middle of a traffic cone cut out and you had to either knock that over or get everyone out. we used volleyballs. those were actually pretty hard to get hit with.

We played dodgeball in the 60's in elementary school. The ball were leather and the coaches would let you creep up mid court to throw the ball anywhere,even the head to eliminate you playing Last man standing, NOW, the kids of the 90,s- 2000,s are wimps and get awards for losing, so called Participation Awards, Zeessseee!!😆
