Data from the car's event data recorder (EDR) showed that the accelerator was pressed 100% just before impact. Victims: Dominic Russo and Davion Flanagan were killed in the crash. Trial and Conviction: Shirilla was tried as an adult and found guilty of multiple charges, including murder. Prosecutors argued she intentionally caused the crash. Sentencing: In August 2023, she was sentenced to 15 years to life in prison.
I wonder who kept her alive to live the rest or most of her life in prison , was it God or the Devil......

those of you calling for the death penalty for to tax payers money, the death penalty costs way more than a life sentence, running between 1-3 million dollars to the tax payers. so a life sentence saves us tax payers money. there's a lot more litigation involved in death penalty cases which a big reason for the high cost.

This is not a federal crime so she will swerve time in Gen pop of a maximum security prison. No cake walk. This little girl will suffer tremendously. Also, the likelihood of her getting out in 15 years is very slim.
this girls mother let her live with her boyfriend at 16 she did whatever she wanted she bullied other kids etc when the boyfriend wanted to break up with her thats when she planned to do this horrible act !!!!!!!!!

Does any one know if they still do the "Hard Labor" sentences anymore??? Seems like I remember people being sentenced to Xyrs @ Hard labor which use to be prisoners chained together busting big rocks to small rocks all day, every day till u die or finish your sentence.
