communism definition is a classless society where "all proerty" is publicly owned and each person is paid according to their abilities and needs. If you dissected this information to common analysis the response is that everything is owned by everyone in that community and everything is shared by the community. your house, car, etc. does not belong to you it is the property of everyone in the community. And as of work, it goes by the skills you have. If you are good at fixing cars...that's your job, unless the community agrees with you to further your education you will work to fix cars until you retire.
