Pressure cooker! don't ever open it when it is blowing steam like that. Just turn the heat down & let it cool down 1st.
This is example of what not to do when cooking with a pressure cooker😲The correct way is to always shut the heat source off and let cool ,do not touch pot until it is cool🤔

This happened to my grandmother and it lucky for her the way the pressure pot blew up did not even touched her or burned her. It totally decimated the overhead cabinet and the ceiling had to be repaired

This happened to my Dad in the 1960’s
Shut the stove off and leave the room for an hour or so. As soon as you remove the energy source the pressure will start to go down. What she did was scary. When she moved the cooker. She got small pieces of whatever was in the cooker. Blocked the pressure control hole and the pressure relief hole which is what caused the pressure cooker to explode. I hope she is ok.

well number 1 under pressure you don't take lid off, you let pressure run out of value when it stops take valve off, run tap water in sink on the pot it will reverse vacuum then you can open
