I worked/managed restaurants for over 30 years. this is the reason why restaurants can't afford 2 do buffets anymore. when ppl do this they make it bad 4 everyone. the amount of food that's wasted is ridiculous. then ppl want 2 take it home. how much do u think a restaurant can afford when everyone fills a to-go box? not only this but the sanitary element is at play. this is why they had 2 stop as well. how many diseases can b transfered from one 2 another? please ppl consider these facts b/4 rooting for the 'pig' on the buffet. thank u 🤔
