ye I come from a family that cookes frozed ground beef. On the stove top, a little water to get it going, low temp with a lid on it. Do as she is doing, scrapping the GB UNTIL YOU HAVE A SKILLET OF COOKED GB. Adjusting the fire up, gradually as the GB unthaw. Brown the GB NOT WITE BOILED LOOKONG MOFO's. And definitely not cooked in the oven, that would take hours. I can cook a frozen 5 pound of Gb in about 40 minutes. fully cooked. You couldn't tell it was cooked frozen. 👍 Thank a Ninja l8tr. actually, beef can be cooked frozen. And if you ate McDonald's or Burger King when it was meat, it was cooked frozen. they say it destroy the bacteria growth. and the second way is to let it haw out in the refrigerator. Thawing out on the counter or sink is considered bad. google can explain better than me. but yeah you can cook frozen ground beef.👍

Damn it's just frozen ground beef, whether on top of the stove or in the oven with a bit of water would have helped, but damn it's not going to kill you, if not having proper pots to cook all at once or thaw in proper time then she improvised the best way she knew how...if only you knew what goes on in the best of restaurants and fast foods you wouldn't be eating out...💕🌸
before anyone start in on her at least find out what she's making. since she's scraping the top of it my guess is that it's going to be chopped up so there's a multitude of dishes chopped burger meat can goes in. for a few examples are sloppy Joe, spaghetti, chili, tacos, and so on. so until I know that it is burger meat and not some of other kind of meat then I'm going to hold my judgement and trust the process.
