I've done this with ground beef and ground turkey at very low heat.

ye I come from a family that cookes frozed ground beef. On the stove top, a little water to get it going, low temp with a lid on it. Do as she is doing, scrapping the GB UNTIL YOU HAVE A SKILLET OF COOKED GB. Adjusting the fire up, gradually as the GB unthaw. Brown the GB NOT WITE BOILED LOOKONG MOFO's. And definitely not cooked in the oven, that would take hours. I can cook a frozen 5 pound of Gb in about 40 minutes. fully cooked. You couldn't tell it was cooked frozen. 👍 Thank a Ninja l8tr.
