Ok so here is my thing about this situation the cops are already there they got there hands on you if you fine nothing wrong let them detain you and met it play out. They already trying to cuff you now regardless if you are innocent or not you got an arresting arrest charge an obstruction charge and a fleeing charge you got to answer for. If the cops already got their hands on you let them detain you and cooperate.
