The federal government funds the state government that funds snap that is getting so strict until the service could not be used because of unfair requirements like an application every week that requires a car with license and insurance that just leads to disqualification for snap benefits to eat because location of living with no local job in walking distance is available and no job removes the ability to get a car, insurance etc that leads into criminal activity to live and only snap is getting rich with hands tied from strict requirements that prevents snap from giving food to people. This is only my opinion and I wonder how the cycle downward can be broken.
