I had a car , go thru a red light, I put my lights on and he continued and then he " went into his driveway three blocks away. As i approached him, the first words were, " I am in my driveway," and it's private property. I explained that he went past a red light on city property and that it was a violation. He requested a supervisor, and after the supervisor arrived, I gave him three citations. In court, he tried that story with his lawyer. 475.00 and 6 points .Case closed. Now, his insurance will get a little more expensive as well.

you dont need a license for a golf cart at all, and they can be driven on roads for 25 and under. you also only have to be 16 to start driving them.

If this is in a subdivision where golf carts are approved to drive the man is right, this is private property and he has the right to drive the golf cart. We don't know if the man drove out of the subdivision however so I can't say for sure if he did anything wrong or not.
Well, since we dont know where this is and if its in an HOA area. There are areas that do allow golf cart travel. So y'all are going to get up in arms with out knowing the laws, rules and regulations for the area.
