this happened to my husband he said truck driver and like 2 hours away from where he was he went to use the restroom he dropped his wallet and he had all his documents there especially his CDL it's very important for them to carry it with them and gentlemen they lived closer to the area picked it up he brought it to the house all the way to our house he would not take no payment at all he just said pay it Forward and we have been trying to do all good deeds because that's what this life's about take care of each other
I returned a lady’s wallet I found in the street next to a grocery store. She took it, turned around and walked away without a word. Obviously having a bad day. Oh well. I’m still me.
a few weeks ago I had an electrician doing some work for me first thing in the morning the next morning he called I think I left my bag by the circuit breaker I looked it was there I delivered it to him
I used to deliver newspapers, and I found a wallet on the grass next to a sidewalk. I returned it to the owner, and the lady was so grateful. she had canceled every card, the cash was gone, but she insisted to pay me. Said she wouldn't take her newspaper if I didn't accept her cash...turns out it was her husbands wallet who lost it a few days prior walking their dog...RIGHT across the street. Great couple. It wasn't mine, and I'd hope someone would do the same if it were me

I found a man's wallet and phone outside of a grocery store in shopping cart. I finished what I was doing and by that time someone called his phone. I answered and it was the man it belong too. I got his address and drove it to him.

I found a wallet with a phone inside. I had no way of contacting the owner so I turned it in at the store. I sure hope that lady came back and retrieved it!

I lost my wallet like that with everything in it Cdl,medical card,ss card,credit cards,money and personal stuff,pictures and a rare coin.I had to replace everything because whoever found it needed it more than me
I was in process of leaving abusive husband & was terrified he'd get news of it b4 I got away. I kept calling a friend of mine where he worked to make sure he was still there. My last call i made & she told me i had left my wallet at phone booth. it had $900 in it & all information to safe house where I was going. Man that found it left his address. I tried to give him $$ but he told me to get as far away as I could & good luck. Very kind man but at time I didn't trust anyone. Especially men.
If these good souls don't want compensation, the least we can do 4 them, is pay it 4ward & keep passing this gracious kindness 2 others. Maybe someday most of humanity will love thy neighbor, as it is written.
I dropped my debit card and didn't notice so a couple hours later I finally realized it was gone. The first place I looked someone found it in the parking lot and turned it in to the clerk. I still don't know who the honest person was so Thank you!!!
