what this video shows one thing about where to place the blame for what she did and it is in the courtroom the blame belongs to the DAs office and to the judges who obviously let this woman off the hook probably with plea deals with no jail time over and over again felonies reduced to misdemeanors to avoid having to put the woman on trial where If guilty would have received prison time and wouldn't have been loose on the street to commit her latest crimes hope the family hires lawyer to dig into her criminal history and find out who the DAs were and also who the judges were in each case and just add all of them for their roles on how she was put back on the street plea bargaining is common to close the case but with all of her crimes she just kept being let off the police can only make the arrest and charge the individual they don't prosecute or hand out appropriate sentences

I have run rap sheets over 75 pages long. some misdemeanor but lots of violent crimes. should have been in prison for years but very little time. kept getting out over n over. until they end up killing someone or getting shot in a robbery. they don't stop
