He's the kind of cops the communities need. He interacted with the guys/teens in the community and allowed them to work with him to help solve a problem to make it safe for everyone in the park. They were all willing to help him and fix the gutter grates. You can tell they all had a positive interaction because he was willing to allow them to help and not push them away, as I have seen some cops do when citizens offer help. A great job on the part of everyone in the video.
