🤔 This makes me wonder if what's being narrated about video is correct. They can make up whatever story they want about what's going on here. If we only had the audio. Call me skeptical. Now, "if" what's happening in this video is correct (I strongly doubt it though), then I have to say they are WRONG for taking off the plates and STUPID for recording it! Instead of finding an illegal way to write a ticket, they could have just left a note or gave a warning. Shame on them! Hopefully the ticket was dropped and officers disciplined.
