The literal translation is "Yo quiero ver gotas":  "Yo quiero" means "I want". "ver" means "to see". "gotas" means "drops".  The joke works because "ver gotas" (to see drops) sounds very similar to the vulgar Mexican Spanish slang word "vergotas", which means "big penises".
