It has become a REQUIREMENT of employment as a cop that one MUST be painfully stupid. This wannabe man is definitely qualified. the dude is an idiot. I grew up in the south Bronx in NYC and I've been stopped, questioned for speeding, improper signaling, traffic violations and various equipment/signal violations but i have NEVER given a problem nor been sarcastic or argumentative with an officer. Because cooperation costs me nothing I've never had a bad experience or been treated badly by NYC cops or State Troopers BECAUSE I was never a difficult stop or encounter. Mind you, I am a Puerto Rican American with brown skin but whats most important is I'm not ignorant or difficult.
