He's being EVICTED they are not raiding his house and taking stuff. Those officers are putting all of the man's belongings outside. This is what happens when you get a Court-Ordered Eviction and you decide not to leave by the Eviction Date, The cops move you and your belongings outside. I've seen it happen to a couple of people. It's sad if there are kids involved.

Most cops are well trained and work hard. There are some small town cops that are not very well trained and are poorly paid. That is asking for trouble. It only takes one Leader to take advantage of poorly trained and paid officers to turn them into bad cops.

I hate dirty cops. I was a damn good one, and it’s wasn’t always easy to treat people fairly when they were being jerks, but it’s part of the training and responsibility that officers are supposed to carry. Police officers are held to a higher standard as well they should be. If they can’t handle that, then maybe they should go do something that they are able to handle - like dig a ditch.
