umm, I don't use vegetable oil in my mashed potatoes. I use Butter 馃 and milk 馃. Vegetable oil 馃洟 is bad for you it was used as a lubricant during both WWI and WWII. After that, it was sold as a cooking oil totally bad for you. Lard and Talo are also better for you.

There is too much SALT in 1 setting of potato chips, I can not imagine how much is in an Entire BAG. No Way I'd be dead in an hour. BOIL the Raw Potatoes add a couple tablespoons of UNSALTED BUTTER and a little WHOLE MILK (or atleast 2% Milk), You will have delicious FLUFFY & healthy Mashed Potatoes.
