see alot of commenter's don't know how to read the lines in middle of the road. the solid yellow where they changed lanes. It pertains to vehicles going other direction. To not pass. They had no yellow. The staggered yellow represents the center of the road. dividing the lanes. They were perfectly legal.
smart asses what they don't know is if there's no traffic coming from the other way there probably is an accident and the police have the road closed....and if there is a death .... you will be sitting there for hours till the accident investigation person does his thing The coroner does his thing and the tow trucks and ambulance does there thing........
