Mother needs to go to jail for child endangerment. Driving on the wrong side of the road

So no one is asking why this baby wasn't in a car seat? If that would have happened in West Virginia, CPS would have taken the child and charged the mother with neglect resulting in serious bodily injury/death.
thank you God that baby is okay I was holding my breath watching this. I read the article on it as well and the mom and the baby are expecting to make a full recovery thank God 🙏💕

I see people think that the child wasn’t in a car seat. MAYBE, just MAYBE the baby WAS in a car seat and the car seat was improperly installed. Most parents do not install their car seats properly which is why they tell you to go get it installed at the fire station if you don’t know how.

This is what happens when you think that the rules don’t apply to you. It’s the law for you to wear your seatbelt and for your baby to be in a car seat, but nooooo. You’re too good for societal rules.

Many parents have cars seats that are not used correctly. Facing the wrong way, not the correct model or age/weight appropriate, not properly secured, straps too loose, or bulky jackets are all safety issues many parents are unfamiliar
