this i agree should be reported immediately. the cops clearly under the influence of something and should not be able to work. send him to rehab or whatever. I believe everyone should have atleast one chance. if they screw that up or don't comply then terminate him on the spot. should have multiple randoms as well.

This is a crazy one. I think the man did an awesome job filming this shit. If he didn't have his phone, this would have been handled differently. Who would believe him over 3 cops? I think they all deserve punishment. The worst for cloud cop here. Let me say this. I don't think he's an addict. To me, he looks like he's been given pain medication and didn't realize the strength. When you're an addict this is what you're chasing. You don't get this high anymore. However, being a cop could be very beneficial for an addict 🤔
