What I see in that video is definitely a fact. The family has paid for funeral or cremation. Friends, other relatives show up to pay their respects. After the service is over, take your Azz home and eat. I personally, don't agree with having a repass after. Added expense Yes!! I know it's a tradition that's been around for years.

We ate,laughed,shared tears and you could feel the love and joy. This is a misrepresented fact. we don't just eat, it's a home going celebration done respectfully in LOVE.🌸💕💕
It called a repass, it is a part of the final goodbye, usually after the burial ceremony ! Scripture states to celebrate the passing away of life as their pain and suffering on earth is over. They have made the transformation into the next realm.
