Theres a lot of moving parts. If he has a child by someone else by right he should be able to go pick up his child. My children dad was not allowed to stay in my home. He can pick them up and leave. Stand in kitchen or sit on the sofa, but not allowed in my private areas period. Me pulling up trying to find out why he couldn't pick up our child. No matter what I had to do, my son would have been riding off with me and plans would have been made as I drove. This is when you make sure you put other people on the pick up list. Some men you just can't count on to be responsible in picking up their child. Reason he couldn't get that child and go pick up the other he was being selfish and messy. You have dad stranding son at school, mom cussing the child because she had to pick him up because dad didn't. Dad has choices to do or not. He didn't so you move on and stop giving of energy.
