from what I saw, he handed her the packages, never said a word to her until she kept running her mouth saying whatever to him. Faint bass from outside isn't going to wake her child. Should he turn his music down while on the job, yes. it isn't professional. But she can't keep snaping off on him thinking he won't clap back. Then you gonna snatch the package from him not realizing she had two. I woulda dropped the other one too.
The problem is people expect to talk to others as rudely and sharp toned as they want and have the audacity to expect a courteous reply !
