This is kinda dumb in my opinion. That velcro is gonna stick to the plastic bag, then you have to rip it off. To attempt to do it when you get more toilet paper but it's gonna have plastic all stick to it from the first time.
My friend does that with her City supplied Kleenex boxes in her cubicle! She folds some tape over itself and sticks it to the glass window. Brilliant! I copied her. That way it gives us more desktop space and the sheets are easier to remove because the box is stationary.
