I have attended a number of Powwows in Shakopee Minnesota Mdewakanton Sioux Community. Their dance and music is a experience. You will feel the beat in your body for days. I suggest you attend, it's a culture and the history of a strong group of people immersing in dance.

Yes I think it’s offensive but I noticed the man seems to be using steps I’ve seen in tribal dances. The steps are usually under costumes. So the man performing might have some experience in this tradition?
