he seems like a nice man. maybe got into some trouble but he wasn't trying to be rude. maybe he went his whole life without trouble and just didn't know how to act in Court. normally I hate stuff like this but I like this guy.
if you're allowing Zoom meetings for court, don't be surprised when people treat it like a phone call.
if you don't like personal freedoms while they're not in custody, make them come to the courtroom. if they're doing telephone court chances are the charges aren't that big of a deal, you did release him. he showed up. his part was accomplished. Just because you feel that court should be held to a certain respect? with all the cops the court rules justified, I've lost respect for the court. Just a money skimming company locking up as many as possible to fill privately owned prisons. what a disgrace
