I disagree. Store brand green beans have much more stems than green giant. Personel experience.
my auntie worked at amalgamated sugar in nampa, id. all the same sugar (made from beets not sugar cane) 😲 just diff labels & packaging. c&h is the same sugar as great value 🤣🤣
True to a point but they aren't the"same "quality
I love Aldi’s! I found them back during my “poor years”. Early 90’s, single mom, never asked for government assistance (pride tbh). I had $3 to my name. I was able to get a package of hot dogs, buns, two cans of pork and beans. Under $3! My son started saying that Aldi’s is mom’s friend. I still go there now. Btw, they have award winning wine under $4 a bottle. Crazy!
All foods today do not taste the same as they did when I was young. This includes brand names that have been here since I was young. It's all poison.... I'm telling ya
same with the high-end sunglasses and eyeglasses. I'm out in another country bought out the other companies. they're the same cheap glasses you just put some bling on it and his name and they're worth High dollar. so basically people are buying crap for too much.
yes country hearth does same thing with both fast food restaurants, and other company products, just a .02 minimum to way more ingredients difference and they can charge up to $3 more a loaf cuz the packaging
that's been going on for many years across many industries. example is MTD Outdoor power equipment owns several name brands. They bought out garden way aka Troy bilt, Arens, Cadet Cadet, Sears, Wards, ect.
i hate people that use AI voiceovers. cheap tactic and insults intelligence. I immediately think everything else is not trustworthy.
it's not always the case. I've purchased some off brands that wasn't worthy of feeding my dog
the off brand use what the name brand can't use due to regulation
the cereal doesn't taste the same imo
same with their potato chips.
yep
it's called white labelling when the mfgr of brand products makes it available as a generic product for a supermarkets. the mfgr charges less and no brand. it is done with clothes, food etc. diffetent price pointsthat's all.
I was under the impression that this was common knowledge. my dad explained it to me back in the mid 90's. One day while doing our weekly shopping he gave me half the list to go get and to just make sure to get only the store brand and to meet him up front when done. I asked why just the store brand and he said there was no difference between the product and the stores. He said there were slight variations in what he called the three p's, preservatives, packaging and price. And that the product itself was the same more often than not coming from the brand name itself just being sold to the store at cost because it didn't meet the brand's quality controls in some way. Considering he was a musician and not a PHD i fugured everyone knew these things lol
Nah, they don't taste the same, AI Joe Rogan. They want the sales both ways.. why would they screw themselves? They make the cheap stuff a little shittier so people still have a reason to spend more when they can.. because why else would anyone ever buy the more expensive cereal if it is exactly the same? Status? 😂
this is so true don't let the name of the food fake you cause at one time I worked at Budding it's a slice lunch meat company and any store sales it even at Walmart but even sell it under a different name so you are paying for the name.
dam rogan!you just figured that out?!!everyone knows this!they literally will tell you if you ask about comparison taste or quality.wow dude, wow
No they are not the same manufacturer. Some of them are. But most are not. They taste totally different. This is such a lie. Ingredients are different. Aside from a couple.
My Dad drove truck for over 40 yrs when we were kids he always said that all soups were made at the same place just like what your showing. My sister use to argue with him over it. But dad knew what he was talking about
Nobody is lying. We have all known this for decades. It's just how the marketing system works.
no no no there is clearly a difference in taste!
Aldi was a German company that I first saw in the 70's when we were stationed there. It was better when the father had it but then the sons took over...that and Trader Joe's. Change isn't always good.. it's just change.
Kroger and Target butter is LandOLakes butter. 9/10, if the food item looks or tastes like a another product, it's more likely than not it's made by that Brand company. 🤔💡
Aldis saves you alot of money walmarts corn comes from Thailand
so are canned vegetables fruits
now aldi is the same or more$ $ then Walmart in Minnesota after they remodeled all of them& got self checkout and fired the cashiers
Blahahah. Nobody in the US goes to Aldi first of all and if they did it would only be for junk food. No meats or produce.
why does the name brands usually taste superior though. ?
#regulateAInow This is AI... this is not Joe Rogans voice
it doesn't matter now days what brand people still eating
Some products DONOT taste the same as name brand!
they trying to feed people at affordable prices
Walmart brand tastes nothing like name brands do
same as medicine!
no its not. not the same recipe. wrong.
i love aldis , my sister drive me to upstate ny ,to get the food ,now they have it in the city , this is my store for life ,this people really cqre about people 👍
I can’t believe you just leaned this. Toiletries are the same. Over the counter meds? Same. There is no cheap manufacturer somewhere kicking out knock offs.
I didn't see my post after I posted it. but I worked in a factory who made candy bars ,cereal ,Frozen ice cream bars, cookies ,waffles ECT the company never put the name the product but put other others company on it saying that it was made in (, I'm just going to say Georgia) same ingredients as is
I've been telling that same thing since I worked 7 years at Aldi back in the 90's. nobody believed it then
Toyota and Lexus are the exact same vehicles with a several thousands dollar difference
🤔🤔🤔🤔😆😆😆😆😆the difference is the price
most of that video is true. but alot of the cheaper stores like aldis takes what's left over so quality will be poor especially on the meats and produce. can goods and stuff like that is the end of the batch or what's left over. I work in this industry and yes its mostly just a lable change but also so nothing gets wasted
I call bull cause those cheap cereals DO NOT hit the same as name brands
The packaging makes the difference not so much the quality.
joe for president😁
quality differs in store brand it has a lower standard usually ,that's the price drop ,Albertsons owns their out cannery
They don't taste the same.
I have been saying the same thing for years . I worked in a factory and all plastic bags are made by the same company. The difference is that the plastic bags are just the way it it blown up with the thickness of the bag . Cheaper is stretched to the limit but the better is not blown up like the cheaper plastic . Same goes with the canned food and boxes just a different label. They ARE the same
i worked in a pie factory. its true, marie callender pies are the same as wegmans, only differences are the measurements of products. same ingredients from the same ingredients suppliers, made on the same line shipped to the same store sold side by side. ppl in america are too stupid to acknowledge this and admit it.
I work at a milk factory. I make gallon milk jugs and label them to be filled by another machine in the plant. all I do is change labels from one great value to United dairy and so on . its all the same milk nothing else changes. except the price
Who doesn't know this, they just use cheaper ingredients or sometimes keep an ingredient out.
I also disagree, that may be the case on some but not on all. Just look at the ingredients
Great value don't taste the same as brand names!
we just pay for the name the same people get rich off the product
If your smart... you can actually just taste it!
This is actually not scary but smart and i don't see anything wrong with this. Whoever made this video is reaching. They made a brand of cereal that taste better for more money but if you can't afford that they have an cheaper alternative for you but it's the same thing. That's not lying or cheating just saying.
Same shit different day.
Basically, they still get you....coming Or going.😳🤨🤨🤨
toilet paper, all paper products
they may be made by the same company but the quality is noticeably different
That was common sense knowledge, but of course the braindead walk amongst us.
yes there the same but the foods that they think been somewhat cross containmentation...not poison status but slightly off so they pass the grade to great value...it's even says on the labels maybe cross containmentated
he's right. blue bunny costs more than great value. yet blue bunny is the number 1 supplier to Walmart. also, they spend more time, and money on the product they make for Walmart than their own. reason being is they sell millions at 4 dollars and thousands at 5 dollars.... quantity fools.
they have been doing it for many many year's
you can definitely taste the difference
different ingredients, no they don't taste the same. no they don't have a longer shelf life due to ingredients resulting in slightly different taste.
why is this scary....that's a good thing...u can buy name brand at a discounted price
wrong
