Our cat use to do that when we lived in England. He watched us coming home. But couldn't close it.

I had to change my front door lock when my lab learned to do this too!
Some of these were cute/funny but some concerned me that ppl were putting them out on purpose (not just to let them out to run) but to see what they'd do to get back in. The ones where the cats were up on the door handles seemed like someone was outside holding them there/put them up there(especially the white one). The one where they were reading him with a treat through the screen and he bit the screen and it started falling was cruel and so was the last one with the orange cat that seemed trapped trying to get out of the cage!
I was concerned that some of the cats could have been hurt in some of these situations and couldn't enjoy others as much as I would always do.
I really like this style of door handles but I know that pets can open the doors using them so we bought all new round door knobs.馃惗馃惥馃馃徎馃悎
Okay, I laughed out loud at the door screen and the different ways the pets got through. 馃グ
