That cat has goopy eyes. May be sick. Wash them with a warm, clean wash rag. Use lubricating eye drops( NOT the redness reliever) if they need flushing. Follow up with a little bit of triple antibiotic ointment to help keep them from crusting back up. Repeat as needed. Good luck to you and your fur baby.
