The officer just should have called back up and did what he had to do, this man is behavior is an example of why a lot of young people are turning a simple traffic stop into a life altering incident, the black man was the one out of control, he's a third year law student with no respect for the law
Yeah, that cop was totally in the wrong. He had no right to open his door he didn't even explain why he was stopping him, he just went straight to making demands and anyhow. It works. The police were for us if they got it twisted, somehow thinking that they're the boss and we work for them when he wasn't doing nothing wrong, he was simply asking what he was stopped for. That police officer had no right whatsoever to open that door it wasn't like he was telling the cop. No, I'm not going to give me anything or cooperate. And you just want to know what the stop was about, and the police wouldn't tell him and by law, he don't have to produce, ID if he hasn't broken a law they can't stay along, he's broken. He don't have to show ID this is another example of cops not being trained properly.

Being belligerent, argumentative, and uncooperative on the side of the road is not going to get you anywhere. It is why things get out of hand and go wrong. If you think that you have not committed an infraction or violation and a ticket is not warranted, take the ticket and fight it in court.
