The issue has nothing to do with gender. The entire issue is manager employee. The employee must follow the managers direction, you do not tell your employer how you are going to do your job. You do the job to the employers standards. It is very simple concept. Strength of from tge female or lack of strength from the male plays no bearing. Adhere to the manager's lead and instructions.
