As of now he is turning the military against US Citizens, and therefor clearly violating his oath of office. 17 million veterans in the US, including myself (took the oath twice) now have not only a moral and ethical but a legal obligation to carry out that oath and defend the constitution against domestic enemies. Trump (and his administration) is that enemy. Military personnel can be prosecuted under the UCMJ for following unlawful orders.
